Shipping & Delivery


Orders are typically processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.

Personalized/ customized jewelry may take up to 5 business days. 



Please select your shipping method during check out.  You will be notified via email when your order is shipped, with tracking information so you can follow your package during mail.

All items will be packaged in a jewelry box, sealed with a satin ribbon. It will be placed in a mailer box to protect it from damage during transit.  I will not be responsible for any damages or lost items in the mail. Let me know if you would like to add insurance to your shipment.

Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before you place your order. I will mail your order according to the address your provided when you make your purchase. Returned items as a result of incorrect address will be considered as a cancellation and a refund will be issued in the amount of the item, less the shipping charges.

You may select your preferred shipping carrier during check out.  International shipping time varies from country to country and may take up to 60 days before receipt. 

You may be responsible for customs fees (up to 30% of the value of goods) for purchasing from the United States.  Often times, this fee has to be paid in your country before the item is released to you.  Please note that these fees varies from country to country and it is YOUR responsibility.
