Returns & Exchange

Thank you for supporting YSM Designs Jewelry and we want you to be happy with your purchase and the items you received. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your item. Please read this return policy entirely before initiating a return.
Customized/ personalized jewelry are non-returnable and non-refundable. 
Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are also non- returnable and non-refundable


Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item and let me know the reason for return/exchange.
ONLY brand new, unworn items can be returned. Returned items must be placed in its original packaging (jewelry card, jewelry box, etc) and mailed using the any mailing service with tracking information.  Loss of item during return shipping is responsibility of buyer. Return postage is the responsibility of buyer.


You may exchange your item for equal or lesser value of the original purchased item.  You are responsible for the postages for this process.


We apologize if you receive the wrong product or have any issues with your item. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item and we will correct it immediately.  Any claims beyond 7 days cannot be replaced or return.  We will request a photo evidence for our records and let you know what the next steps should be. If mistakes are made on our part, your return postage and any associated cost will be reimbursed to you.
