PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.

Personalized/ customized jewelry may take up to 5 business days. 

SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES

- Please note that I ship using USPS First Class mail, with tracking but NO INSURANCE. 

- It will take 2-5 business days for the item to arrive, depending on where you are in relation to San Ramon, California.

- All items will be packaged in a box and carefully wrapped with a bubble mailer. I will not be responsible for any damages or lost items in the mail. Let me know if you would like to add insurance to your shipment.

- Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before you place your order. I will mail your order according to the address your provided when you make your purchase. Returned items as a result of incorrect address will be considered as a cancellation and a refund will be issued in the amount of the item, less the shipping charges.

- I am NOT responsible for wrongly delivered or lost packages.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


- International customers, please note that every country has different mailing services and I cannot guarantee your item arriving on time or issue a refund should you not receive your order.

- CUSTOM FEES are your responsibility. Each country charged various amount of customs fees and your item may not be released to you until it is paid. Some countries charge as much as 30% of the value of your items, and it is your responsibility to pay for this fee.

- Returned items due to refusal to accept your package will result in a cancellation of your order. A refund will be issued in the amount of the item, less the shipping charges and 10% restocking fee.
